Raiders with Objectives?

I am sure there are plans for the raiders to have some sort of objective at some point, besides just run around and murder people/set things on fire until they get bored. I was just wondering what those plans might be? Maybe there will be specific types of raider parties? Maybe some groups will try to go after your supplies, and you have to guard your storage area? Perhaps other groups will be going after prisoners, and will attempt to enslave your colonists and run away with them? I am curious

It's all possible. But in general I don't plan for future game developments. This kind of work is too unpredictable to bear long-term planning.
