AI Technology Restriction

Well, Medieval World Mod makes me think... What if we could just remove AI's Technology and set them how we want it? Like having AI starts with primitive technologies or nothing at all and have them attack you naked? What I want to say is that please Tynan, Give us an option where we could toggle AI's Technology and be able to set them to Primitive, Modern or Glitter Tech... That of course, hopefully, includes/affects the colony jobs.
