1.0 - Sowing Trees Takes an entire day for 1 tree.

Level 7 grower planting drago trees in fertile soil.  Takes around 12 game hours to plant 1 tree.

Is he maybe stoned/drunk or something else lower his  manipulation abilities ?

Geeze, maybe.  But seriously, my real life brother has 1 hand and is stoned or drunk half the time and he could plant a tree in about 20 minutes.  Just sayin'

Then you should put your brother into a 3d digitizer and send him into your Rimworld colony ! :-)
Maybe you can give him afterwards some bionic arm ! :-)

Please be sure next that this behavior happen to other pawn too, or should be able to reproduce. So it is much easyer to confirm there is a bug.
