[1.0.1945] Low exceptions mood buff missing on one pawn

I have a pawn missing the low expectations buff, all other pawns have it, the pawn has Alzheimer's and joined as a wanderer. I tested forcing a wanderer join to see if I could reproduce it, that created pawn's mood is correct.

My furthest back auto-save has the same issue so I can't give any more detail than that, took me a while to notice I guess.
