Where is the backstory data located?

Hello,

Can anyone advise were the backstories data is located?

I can find the traits and everything else, but cannot for the life of me find the backstory data, other than the translations.

They're packed in the assets file. Extracting them is tedious but doable (all it takes is a good text editor) and what I've done here. If you want to edit them in-game, you're better off with C#. You'll want to access the BackstoryDatabase, which is where they're stored as far as the game is concerned.
