[1.0] Range check for colonists

With the new(i think) raider range check gizmos it would be great if we could check colonists range in the same way. It's a little frustrating to have to check the range of weapons individually when you have selected a group of colonists with mixed weapons.

If you could to direct fire by weapon would be great, i.e. telling colonists with sniper rifles to fire at high armour targets without having to individually do it - especially with the changes to the armour system.

I don't mean remove the "attack" gizmo, but if each type of weapon had its own gizmo, which on mouse-over would show the ranges for that weapon and when clicked would let you order all selected colonists with that weapon to fire at a specific target, that would be awesome. It would also make it more obvious when they aren't shooting because they are out of range.

Also, if colonists with ranged weapons would automatically counterattack if their target moved into melee that would great
