Put the soil type in the tool tip when placing growing zones.

Subject says it all. When we're trying to place a growing zone only on rich soil (to satisfy our OCD if nothing else) it's usually very hard to tell where the edges of the rich soil are.

I want it because I usually play with difficult starting scenarios. If I accidentally put half my crops on stony soil or regular soil instead of rich soil, I might kil my colony by having slowed crop output.
