Add random treasure to long range mineral scan maps

Currently, deep drilling is just stupendously better than mineral scanning.  Even if mineral scanning continues to receive buffs, it would only see use in the most unusual of circumstances, circumstances which would rarely pay for it's initial research and build cost.  This is disappointing since I'm guessing the LRMS was intended to be researched before drilling rather than after.

However, if said mining spots had additional lighter loot as well, it would serve a variety of purposes and justify building it earlier when you don't have the ability to field larger caravans.

Yeah, Even those primitive bunches can collect treasures to make deal, Why cannot us? And Players who eat every visitors should have way to get treasure. Buff LRMS!

Is the term 'treasure' mean exotic treasures like Targeter and warhead?

Well, targeters and antigrains are the absolute highest possible reward in the game that you cannot find anywhere but questing, so I think maybe not those.  I was thinking along the lines more of maybe bionics, rocket launchers, arcotechs, neurotrainers.  Something in the 1-5k silver range, that is "hard to get"
