Startrequest for null def error in vanilla easily reproducable

I want to report this minor error popping up in the console and how to reproduce.
This is pure 1.0 unstable vanilla, no mods, 10.7.2018.

1. start a new game (i tested this only with tribals)
2. put down a crafting spot, or any other object with bills
3. click add bill to open the dropdown menu
4. click the i for any recipe in the dropdown menu from 3.
5. console opens with red error saying: Startrequest for null def

It seems this error does not have any effects on the game at all and can savely be ignored when playing, but it still seems worthy to fix to reduce errors poping up in the console. This error was not in A17 when i last played.
