[1.0.1966] Auto-Rebuild of Wooden Shelf doesn't preserve stockpile settings

I had a zzzt burn down a wooden shelf I used to store kibble and when it was rebuild it was set to be gun storage as default for a new storage cabinet much to the surprise of the hungry alpaca.
