[1.0.1971] Mine, Deconstruct and forbid overlays are not shown on map

When you select something to be mined, deconstructed or forbidden, the overlay does not show up on the map.

Yep, I reported that as a separate bug, though it seems that they are related. This probably applies to all map overlays.

Yo can also no longer pick-up Icon, and furniture no longer has icons for anything, uninstall, reinstall, hospital bed,  prison bed. None of that is visible.

Same problem here, build 1972. Can't designate areas.
