Prisoners falling in love

I didn't know prisoners could fall in love xD
Is this a new feature or this could have happened before but I just didn't get lucky?

It has been possible for a while. I had 2 prisoners fall in love back in A15. It melted my heart so I recruited them both and they got married. It was pretty cool, except that one of them was a pyro. Omnia vincit amor, except setting fires in your storage warehouse.

When I fail recruiting them in 4 or 5 attempts, I give up and do 2 things-
1.If he/she is my prisoner by my fault and he is on a quest, I let him/her go.
2.If he/she attacked my colony or became prisoner due to their own fault and is not joining, first I melee him/her and shoot a bullet. Stop all medications, care and food and let him die of hunger and pain, without proper execution.
