Don't automatically attack unless actively threatened

I've noticed that on maps with caves and infestations that if I have a pawn set to automatically fight back against aggressors they'll head straight at passive insects if they so much as spot them when going to another job.  Bolt-action rifle equipped pawns that see passive insects will proceed to open fire at insects despite them not being a threat and start pulling them away from their cave.  I find it a bit odd.  If it's a raider or a mad animal it makes sense, but an insect mnding it's own business?  It's a little odd, and if you don't catch them doing it it can be destructive.

I like how they saw the naked guy with no food and said, "what he needs is an SMG."
