If you place a cooler in room and cold output tile contains open doors cooling will not happen in that room.

Wall, Cooler,Door.
So why does you have a door there ?
I think this is a limitation of the temperatur system, the cooler need to cool a room, and there is no room.

Correct

The idea is to have more isolated fridge if one cooler is disabled.

The construction system forbid such kind of design.
You need to trick out it so it can be build, like to build the door first, force it open, then place the cooler or such kind.
At normal design you both exhaust ports of the cooler need to be clear and not be blocked.
So the bug you want maybe to report is, it is possible to place a cooler behind an open door. Any temperature isloation object shouldn't be able to placed on the exhaust ports.

Sorry for your idea, but you need to place the doors one tile away.
