Do bionic arms give snipers (or any shooters) increased steadiness/accuracy? What if they also have bionic eyes?

The U.S. military is giving soldiers prosthetic limbs for greater accuracy:

Maybe Rimworld could have something like this.

I was surprised to read about Angkor Thom in Cambodia. I looked up what "Thom" means and it's "big" or "great", so my avatar icon is ធំ which is "Thom" in Khmer.

IIRC, shooting accuracy is affected by a pawn's Manipulation, and Sight.

So if a pawn's Manipulation and Sight are Enhanced by super cool robot parts, then yes shooting will also be enhanced.

Unfortunately, manipulation is capped at 100% for shooting, though ;/  Eyes essentially have no cap, though, so if you've got archotech eyes you can put them on the same pawn for uber effectiveness.
