Caravan Wont Move On World Map And World Events Arent Despawning

Hey everyone looking for some help here, I'm running quite a few different mods and recently my caravans have stopped working. They no longer move on world map when sent to a destination (started about 40 mins ago, have not added any new mods), Furthermore map events such as trade fairs or doctor ops are no longer despawning after their timer ends. I can send logs of the issues if someone could help me. Thanks!

new mod's arn't nessesary to break something, existing mod can do that pretty well too :-)
I don't know why you added the pics, they don't give any information, or what do you think.
If you are playing the unstable version, sorry but you need to wait for mod updates, any investment would be a waste of time.
