[Mod Request] Add Dead Colonies To World Generation

A mod that takes a colony where everyone has died and adds it to a list and populates new world generations with abandoned colonies from the list  for you to discover. I think this would be a fun way to add story elements and add flavor to the world from past playthroughs.
