Infinite pawn spawning from eggs, crashed ship part

Hello guys, today I got a very big problem with an egg turkey.
It sets their growth on 101% and don't stop spawning a lot of turkeys (in less than 1 minute more than 600 little turkeys). I share with you the screenshots. I only use wall lights mod.

¿Could someone help me to destroy this chicken winners? hahaha

This happened to me too, for some reason they are also un-killable. I had to use dev mode to manually destroy each one, and now for some reason every pawn and animal is also un-killable, oh well, game over.

So, I'm pretty new to the game and was playing this savefile with some mods. At one point I got a Psychic Ship message and sent my pawns to take care of it, I started attacking the ship but countless mechanoids kept spawning. I reloaded a save just before the event and it happened again but this time it was a Poison Ship. The mechanoids also were quite strange, they seemed almost passive not attacking at all except for melee. I dont know if this bug is caused by some mod or something else, i'm posting it here hoping that you guys can help. I'm playing a naked brutality scenario, with Randy on medium. Could be related to an infinite insect spawning bug we had during unstable as well.

Also, could be three separate bugs....
