[0.19.1998] Wood hauling not happening to critical pile

Tribal start, colony size of about 9.  I have a wood zone stockpile near the kitchen area which is priority critical.  Yet the colonists never haul wood to it.

It seems like hauling prioritization is a bit wonky in the last week or so.  It doesn't seem to just be wood, but also stone chunks that almost never get hauled.  I would expect that when a colonist goes to do a hauling job that the critical stockpiles would have their needs met first (preferably in round-robin fashion).  And smaller stockpiles should maybe have a higher ranking within that priority category.

ScrapyardBob,
i didn't played B19 yet, but i know a few more stockpile filter got added.
Like fresh.
Since i know how i would do that, deselect all item and then enable wood, i think you forget one of these new filter.

I never thought "critical" stockpiles got their stuff handled faster, just that when the decision of where to haul an item came up the pawns would choose higher value stockpiles over lower ones, and move from lower to higher.

I've not seen anybody not hauling anything. If you try to force it, what does the game do? Nothing, or does it give a reason you can't force the haul?

I never got how pawns in the game could have such insanely bad reactions to such mundane things.
Then I came to the forums.
