The game that this item belongs too does not allow downloading of its items.

Hi Guys. I love this game, but now i live somewhere i only have internet with the mobile phone network - limited to 9 gb. Steam is working on chat ui and wishlist, but to play the Workshop mods offline is not a point whjich is important for steam. 

Not every mod is here on this forum, many little mods can only be get about steam - but that is not a problem - there are workshop downloader.... but NOT FOR THIS GAME muhahahaha


Before I curse now, maybe someone would like to explain why this is such a great idea to block workshop downloads.
