How to rollback version on steam

Hey, with the recent update I won't be able to use any of my mods for awhile. Is there any way to roll back the game to the previous version?
I've already looked throughout the options on steam and there doesn't seem to be anything I can do on that end.

Right click Rimworld in your game list on Steam.
Properties
Betas tab
Drop down, select which version you want.
