As title suggusts, the rollback version for B18 is broken. It seems to be almost an amalgam of b18 and B19 as it offers the 64bit version to launch.

Launching the game grants endless errors after loading.

Tried Reinstalling, same thing. Even with a full delete of all rimworld data.

I'm looking at this now, it seems Steam is serving files from the default branch into the beta18 branch for some reason.

Maybe related to the fact that beta18 has no 64 bit but beta19 does. But why would it serve all the data files from default branch into beta18 branch, along with the 64-bit EXE, but still serve the beta18 correct 32-bit EXE?

Horrifyingly, this may even be a Steam bug...

It should be fixed now; all versions should work.

Hey Tynan, actually B19 is now messing up, no longer having x64 capabilities as both the executable and the RimworldWin64_Data is removed. Nevermind, saw you saw it on the other thread

Without help from Valve, facing what looks like a bug in Steam (it serves content from the wrong version to players on old beta branches) the only option was to drop 64-bit for now. Will work with them to try to get it working without breaking the game. 32-bit works fine for now (as it has for years).

Thanks Tynan! That got it working for me, hopefully the steam issue will be worked out soon.
