how about there is button for showing roof?
it will be cool If i can see my building with roofs sometimes

There is such a tool. It is in the lower right of screen. IIRC it is the little house icon.

Admittedly, now that we have a hotkey for Room Stats and Tile stats, it would be nice to have a hotkey to toggle show/hide Roofs as well.
