Bug now after I installed 0.19: Colonists won't automatically use stonecutter's

I've reloaded my game, made a new game, bug is still happening. It might be a mod conflict but I don't get any erros.

I have two colonists with priority 1 Craft, with a stonecutter's table, with a Bill to make any stone blocks forever. With plenty of various stones in my storage zones.

Neither of them do it. Ever.

However, I can forcefully make them use the stonecutter's table by selecting them and right clicking the stonecutter's table, but this obviously isn't ideal.

Anyone have a similar problem?

Please start a new game without mods to check if that happen at vanilla too.

Then activate 50% of your mods , check if that still happen.
Until you found the mod which cause this issue.
Then report it to the mod author.

Very likely to be a mod issue, if this was in the main game I think it'd be obvious by now.
