[B19] Doors can be build on water

You can construct doors and autodoors on shallow and chest deep moving water, even when no bridge is constructed under it.
Edited: You can also build other things like furniture and Mini Turrets on water. I don't think, this is intended?

Nevermind, I found out it was a mod that caused it.
