A new Popcap+?

I was thinking what if someone created a mod like popcap+ and add were people would request if they could join and ask to buy people from other colony's on the planet through the intercom.
Just to add more features to the intercom.
please post more ideas about adding things to popcap+ maybe well convince the creator of the mod!
