[W|0.5.492 rev34036] Royal Beds do not overlay the owner's name (minor/cosmetic)

Summary - Beds overlay the owners name when they are not sleeping in them, but Royal Beds do not.

Steps to Reproduce -
1. Build a Royal Bed
2. Have colonist sleep in bed
3. Observe that the name of owner is not overlayed ontop of the bed
