Basically, early in my B19 game i bought 2 hens and a rooster and as soon as they entered my map the game started lagging when i increased the speed, and it was especially bad at full speed.
So i killed them and the lag dissapeared.

Since then i've added lots of dogs, alpaccas, cows, dromedarys and elephants and also got 20 colonists.
All without getting any lag issue at full speed.
Suddenly i get an event where 10 chickens joins the colony.
And i immedeatly get gamebreaking lag in full speed.
The pawns moves like 1 square pr 15-20 seconds.

As this has not happened with any other animal that i own or have temporarily joined my colony, i can only conclude there is something about chickens that causes serious lag issues when you speed up the game.

So i was made aware there is some pathing issue for animals that join/arrive sometimes.
So i went back to my file and rechecked, and sure enough the chickens were actually stuck and did not move at all.
Took me many attempts at changing zones to get them all unstuck.

I'm guessing this was the problem the first time i got chickens also, but i haven't had this issue with other animals atm.
So can't say if its a coincidence or not.

Yep, it's a known issue that has been fixed more recently in unstable.

Thanks for reporting anyway.
