Factions

The faction system in my world is not randomized, is this a bug ? in beta 18 the factions where all randomized but when it when into beta 19 and  1.0 they are now linear and go in the same pattern

you mean the factions being 2 outlandish, 2 tribal, 1 pirate?
i dont remember what it's like in B18 but in B19/1.0 that's intended

Yep, it's always 1 of each now. There's too many to be doubling up.
