If pirates threaten you, you can just right click the message, and they will not attack you avoiding an attack!

Sorry Kenneth, this is a bug in one of my mods.

More Faction Interaction has an event where a pirate tries and extort you by way of threatening you with a raid. You can right-click the choice letter to discard it entirely.

Again my apologies for making a mod close enough to vanilla RimWorld that you end up with my bug reports. It's my responsibility to fix it, and it'll happen soon^TM. In the meantime, if you graciously want to volunteer a fix, I accept Pull Requests over @ https://github.com/Mehni/MoreFactionInteraction
