Well, it *is* Halloween.  Certainly the right day for raising the dead!!!
If you give an annoying colonist a parka before banishing him to the ice sheet you'll only get a -3 penalty instead of -5.

And don't forget that the pirates chasing a refugee are often better recruits than the refugee is.

same thing happened to me. i solved the problem by building one bloc just in the middle of the room. The room was very big it seems that we need another beam to hold the roof in the middle. after i built the beam in the middle, constructor completed the roof.
