Adding HugsLib breaks game

I tried adding updating my mods for 1.0 and after it was done I was getting some serious errors like not being able to save or load anymore with IO errors.  Even after disabling the mods after the problem persists and i have to delete everything completely to even play the game vanilla and be able to save.

any advice for even getting prepare to work?

hugslib
prepare carefully

Try to delete the
C:/Users/tony5/AppData/LocalLow/Ludeon Studios/RimWorld by Ludeon Studios\Config\Knowledge.xml
and while you are at these area, delete the hugslib folder there too (they are just settings not the mod itself).
