Simply wish i could control animal breeding better... We're eating dogs now. Puppies! Used to sell them to a neighboring tribe. Too many now.

And must the cleaner enter bedrooms when people are asleep or... Lovin'?  Come on...

The solution to both your problems is using area restrictions. Put male dogs in one area and female dogs in another area that doesn't overlap. Make sure both areas don't include bedrooms and all your problems are solved.

As for cleaners - you could restrict cleaners to zones with other people who share the same sleep schedule. Night owls with other nights owls, and the same for quick sleepers.

The cleaning issue is a bit of a catch-22 - restricting cleaning during sleep hours risks the room becoming dirty, possibly causing a mood loss that is retained until the room gets cleaned. Or you can risk causing disturbed sleep which does go away, but has to run its course. I prefer the second solution, but it's never going to be perfect. The only way to eliminate the issue completely is to have a bedroom that can't become dirty (no floor space or all sterile tiles) but that has other problems attached.
