Cant make new world

It seems that im unable to make any new worlds. The rich explorer and lost tribes both show "Cannot read data" Trying to make a world with the other two setting doesn't work either. I did have mods but ive unsubscribed from all of them and re-installed  the game and steam. Cant figure out what is up with this. Any ideas? Attached is the debug log
