Removal organs after death

Earlier, I did not pay attention to it. But I have fashions that add different factions whose members often have, for example, bionic limbs. And it started to bother me that I can not remove them unless I catch someone alive. I can understand that I can not remove a kidney or heart (although in the real world it is often done). But why can not I cut the mechanical leg of the corpse?
And here's the question. Is there a mod that allows this? And if not, would anyone be able to do such a mod?
