I was thinking in why when a roof falls, you could do all the damage to the nose and the guy just walks like nothing. Or how a bat can shatter an eye...

My idea is that all kinds of damage in game should have a property that tells them how many parts at once can it split the damage. There could be three:
- Small: doesnt split the damage, just damages one part with full damage (bullets, knife)
- Medium: splits the damage between 2-3 parts (club, shotgun)
- Big: splits the damage between 4-5 parts or more (roof falling, explosion)
