How to set a minimum skill level on bills?

Hello wanderers how do i set a minimum skill level on bills?
On forum i read thats its already added into game (no mod needed), but i cant find it :<
Help pls

As Canute pointed out...

There is a slider bellow where. Any Worker allowed crafting skill: is...

Use the left most arrow and slide to your number like 5 or 7... You can't miss it...

Ok, i see that problem is in polish version of the game when i cannot see it
In english no problemo.

Owch...

That might be a bug that you have encountered... :/

Right now just change "Any Worker" to your best Crafter, Cooker or Smith etc. As a workaround...

We should actually report this to the Bugs forum so that they may fix this later on...

In Steam\steamapps\common\RimWorld\Mods\Core\Languages\Polish\Keyed\Dialogs_Various
change "to long translated required minimum skill" into "min skill"
No problem to see menu anymore.
