Anyone has Steam?

I need to discuss something with a mod creator LameBot v2.0 but they only have Steam which I don't so, could anyone please contact them and tell that I need some help with their mod RandomPlus rather ask them if they have other contacts?

Boy, if it was that simple I would've not created this topic in the first place.

The problem is that Steam wouldn't send me a verification message, no matter what Email I entered. But then I decided to restore access to an old account of mine, and when I did, it turned out that due to some new policy, you cannot message anyone unless you've spent more than $30 there. What a slavery user-friendly policy, I must say!
