Not a fan of new construction marker, any options?

Absolutely hate it. Is there an option to revert it? If I can that would be great. I haven't played in ages so don't know when it happened.

Not sure what you mean.
But did you check the icon down right.
You can toggle the auto. rebuild of destroyed structures.

Me either, i think you mean't like structures being destroyed and then your builders automatically build them again or something like that?

Or they repair damaged stuff first and then they build stuff again...

I don't know what you mean't about new construction marker if your talking about the construction system or a different game...
