Can't draft my colonist after using mech res serum. Not sure why.

I'm using a lot of mods. My colonist, who is a sith lord, was recently murdered by a rampaging T5 android because he felt superior to her. He was right because it took him all of five seconds to rip her leg off. Obviously I didn't want to lose her so I stored her body in the freezer for a couple weeks while I went searching for some resurrection ointment. After resurrecting her, all seemed well until we were attacked by androids and I couldn't draft her anymore. In fact, she doesn't have any ui when I click on her. Can't ever cancel a prioritized task. Any idea what's going on?

Try to play with the dev tools a bit.
Maybe Recruit command, i think rimworld think he is some kind of guest.

Or use Kill command and Rescurect command.

I tried both of these but still no dice. I even tried killing another pawn and rezzing him but that didn't duplicate the results. I googled my problem and some people are saying it may be a Jecstools problem? Thing is I can't remove Jecstools or my whole save breaks.

You can try to update jecstools to the latest version.
But i don't think that will fix the problem, just prevent the same thing happen again.

Maybe he got some kind of mental break, you can try to down him with dev tools.
Either "Damage to down" or
"Add hediff" Anestetic.
