e-mail address recovery

Hi... been awhile since I've played.  I currently have version 0.18.1722.  I see the latest is 1.0.2150.  Is there any way to recover the e-mail address I used to register this back with it was first released? . 

I found my forum Welcome email back from 11/11/2013 but not the SendOwl DRM free download e-mails.  Tried the resend link but my forum e-mail wasn't found.   I fear I may have retired that e-mail account.  If so, I presume I need to purchase the game again?
