It'd be an easy XML mod (look at other implants and penoxycilin), if you just wanted bionic stomachs to be immune to food poisoning (or any negative health condition, like gut worms or heatstroke), which would itself be a pretty big boost. (Unskilled cooks, dirty cooking areas, uncooked foods...)
