Welcome to Rimworld Forums argue...

For some tips, here's 2...

1.Place growing zones underneath wind turbines so that the trees won't grow there, blocking wind power. Also your colonists will auto-chop trees or plants in the growing zones placed there.

2.Build multiple doors or entryways in your rooms, so you move to another room if that other is filled with manhunting animals or melee raiders... Very useful to not to get your guys trapped despite the nerf on doors and attacking the enemies from behind.

3.This one might be my personal opinion but, if you're going to settle or build your colony inside a mountain or a hill or in a cave, be very cautious about it since there is going to be insectiod and the dreaded infestations coming in especially in late-game where they are going to absolutely wreck your colony by their sheer numbers and their megaspiders...
