Resolution Error on start up

Hello, I played rimworld ages ago on my old pc but now I am on a different system and i keep getting this error. I have tried on the Regedit and a few command lines on steam but none of them help.

The error is:
Switching to resolution 0x0 failed, trying lower one
Switching to resolution 0x0 failed, trying lower one
All resolution switches have failed
Screen: could not switch resolution (1920x1080 fs=1 hz=0)


My system Specs are:
Wins 10
Ram 8gb
CPU: Intel(R) Core I7-4710MQ 2.50GHz
64bit
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600

I have the exact same error except for 1600 x 900 I've tried a bunch of things but nothing has worked for me.
