RimWorld Mod Listing: Describe, package, and/or publish your mod list

RimWorld Mod Listing is an application I wrote to turn ModsConfig.xml into a hyperlinked HTML list of mods and present them in load order. It can also optionally package them up into a zip file and publish them to a website (caution: here there be mechanoids.)

I am open to roadmap suggestions, pull requests, and platform binaries. This is a first but fairly well-tested release. I hope you enjoy!
