[1.3] [KV] Change Skill Levels & Don't Lose Levels

Kiame

Adds the ability to change the amount of experience needed for leveling skills.

Adds the ability to disable losing skill levels (experience can be lost but when it reaches 0 it stays there and does not decrease the level)

Due to the limitations on rendering the graph, when the graph is show the text fields will behave erratically.

Added a new mod setting where you can set how much experience is lost per tick.

Fixing an issue where custom skill loss was not being persisted when the game was restarted

Marianq,
before you download the master, you should check the release page at github if the mod author made one.
In this case the master isn't a working mod, so it can't work.
