Butchering order

Is Butchering ever going to have the same conditions available as the rest of the pawn orders?

Do you mean will it have its own column in the work tab? I'd guess not, however you can always use Fluffy's Worktab mod. When used in advanced mode this gives the ability to have each sub-job set to a different priority. This is very handy to make sure they butcher things before cooking meals.
