Low Memory warning / Windows 8.1x64

So when I alt-tab back to windows while playing the latest alpha, windows has a popup asking to close Rimworld due to low ram. I believe this is an issue of it being a 32bit app running in a 64bit OS and still limited to 2GB ram (when I have 12GB total)

Any chance you will release a 64bit build?
I would like to stream more Rimworld so keep up the work.
