silly suggestion for a rare event: resource storms

came up with this idea during a stream with a friend, but essentially its when a cargo ship in orbit is destroyed and the cargo managed to survive reentry while hull doesnt and essentially it rains resources, these cna be anything in the game thats an item.

i imagine ti as a rare event and the kicker is it would proc either a hard elite raid or lots of small simultaneous raids to your base as people come in to claim the bounty from the storm.

its a silly idea that made me chuckle and i thought i would share it.
