how to get Assembly-CSharp_public.dll , please ~!

Multiplayer always drops , it could be a network problem.

I met some problems playing with my friends , so i want recompile Multiplayer ,but i find it depend  Assembly-CSharp_public.dll.

how could i get Assembly-CSharp_public.dll ?

i can't find it~!Please help me , thx

This file is the "publicized" version of the Assembly-CSharp.
You can create such a libary from any c# dll by using https://github.com/jacobEAdamson/publicize/releases/tag/v1.0.0
I didn't knew that myself, so it took me a while.
